Paypal, debit and credit cards are accepted.

Please note that all forms of payment must be received and cleared prior to the dispatch of items.

SHIPPING

All Items sold are ready to be shipped! Items that are purchased before 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. If an item is pre – ordered you will be informed when the item(s) is due back in stock, the shipping policy will apply from this day.

Once the item(s) has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email which will include the tracking number and delivery service used.

Zen by Zen send items by second class recorded/tracked delivery, items therefore require a signature upon receipt.

REFUNDS

Zen by Zen will be happy to exchange or replace a faulty item(s) within 14 days from the date of dispatch.

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition in order for a refund or exchange to be processed.

In the unlikely case that damage occurs during delivery, please return the entire package in order to receive a full refund or process an exchange.
